very nice lighting and colors! watch out for the eyes, when you make the highlights and shadows. eyes are very important because they draw attention, we instinctively look at the eyes when seeing a portrait. but don't insist too much on the eyes. it's ok to make them look a bit blunt. in this picture, the lighting is fantastic, but the eyes look a bit swollen. too much highlights, i guess. also, when adding the light reflections on the eyebulb, remember the basic shape - it's a sphere, so the light is only slightly deformed by the cornea. other highlights should be on the eyelid edge, on tears, if it's the case...
and i guess that's it. i'm not criticizing your work, which is beautiful, but just giving you a little piece of advice you can take into consideration, or not you have a beautiful style.
